We had a great time on Thorpeness Mere and at the beach! We had fantastic day in school today! Finding out more about World War Two. We met a German civilian and a British one, built an Andersen and Morrison shelter, disposed a bomb, dropped bombs and much much more. Sleepover!Not much sleeping went on!!!!
Today we went to Harry Potter Warner Bros. Studio Tour. We had fabulous day, a great start to the week!
Today Mandela yet again worked hard for team TSM! In the morning the Y6s helped with Key Stage One's Sports Day helping it to run smoothly. Everyone did such a great job. Parents and staff from all classes commented on how kind and helpful everyone was, supporting the Key Stage One children. Well done! After a great picnic lunch on the field with our families, in the afternoon it was Mandela's turn as they took part in Key Stage Two's Sports Day. There were lots of winners, but most importantly lots of great sportsmen and women cheering each other on. The winners!Good use of these learning gems:After designing and making prototypes we have successfully finished our mechanisms with moving messages! We have worked independently to design and make our own using the skills and techniques we have been shown. We had a great SATs week! Lots of positive children, great breakfasts, outside revision sessions and lots of extra PE. On Monday we are holding the auditions for 'Aladdin Trouble'. The audition gives you the chance to perform and sing as part of a group. Decide who in your group is going to sing the parts of Aladdin and Jasmine. Here is the music so you can practice at home.
