Another week has passed and once again, Lincoln children have been producing some great work. Our current topic is 'Superheroes' and I have received some great superhero character descriptions using fantastic adjectives! Some great pictures/designs of superheroes and brilliant 3D models and figurines!
I am SO impressed at how hard the children are continuing to work throughout these very strange times. Keep it up Lincoln! This week, the children in Lincoln class have been doing some great work! From fractions in maths and conjunctions in literacy to lots of amazing superhero themed activities.....and even a guest appearance from a new puppy!
I also set the children a challenge this week to create a large rainbow using whatever they could find....and the photos I have been receiving are brilliant. The children have been really creative and imaginative....and have really impressed me! Well done Lincoln class.....as always, keep up the good work! Another week of home learning has passed and the children have once again continued to impress me with their fantastic learning, interest and motivation. Lots of the photos make me smile or laugh....but every single onw makes me so proud of them all! They have all adapted to this rather strange and un-nerving situation incredibly well! So a huge pat on the back for all of them!
Enjoy a well deserved half term break...but stay safe! Well, another week of home learning has passed and the brilliant work produced by the children continues!
There has been some super maths and literacy work, reading, super results on out class quiz, playing 'shops' and lots of gardening. I really enjoying seeing the brilliant work completed and great activities the children have been up to! Keep it up Year 2, and stay safe! Once again, I have been super impressed by the children's learning at home this week, and I have been sent some great photos!
We have had lots of great maths and literacy work, phonics games, cooking, some rather amusing 'strange places to read' and even some VE day preparations in the form of some lovely colouring! Well done Lincoln children (and parents!) ......you continue to impress me and make me rather proud! 'Let's keep smiling, stay positive and please stay at home. It will get better soon. Love from all in Lincoln class' Well done everyone! xx The children in Lincoln class have been completing some great home learning tasks this week. I love the photos that I am being sent - photos of them completing work which has been set, but also photos of them doing their own home learning activities with their families. Well done Lincoln class.....keep up the good work and keep the photos coming!
I have been SO impressed with how well the children at parents have been working over the past few weeks. I have really enjoyed seeing photos of the children's work, and also the photos of your families spending time together on daily walks, taking part in games and activities and having fun in the lovely weather which we have been blessed with!!
Before the Easter holidays, we were carrying on with our 'Africa' topic. The children made some fantastic masks and wrote some great fact sheets and stories! This week, we moved on to our new topic of 'Percy the Park Keeper' and already I can see that the children have jumped straight into it. I've received some great photos of the children creating their own mazes, sowing seeds and some very interesting minibeast hunts around gardens! Have a look at some of the photos of our home learning below.........and keep up the great work Year 2! Stay positive, stay safe and keep smiling! |
